How do I search for a doctor on AlloDocteur?
Use the search bar on the home page: you can search by name, by speciality (cardiologist, dentist, paediatrician…) or by governorate and city. The results list shows the matching profiles.
What does a doctor’s profile contain?
Each profile shows the practice address, telephone numbers and speciality and, where available, opening hours, a map location and a presentation of the practitioner.
Does the site cover all of Tunisia?
Yes, the directory lists healthcare professionals across the whole country, in the site’s three languages (French, Arabic, English).
How do I book an appointment online?
On the doctor’s profile, click “Book an appointment”: choose the practice, the speciality, then the date and time from the available slots.
What if no slot is offered?
Some practitioners have not yet enabled online booking. In that case, contact the practice directly by telephone — the numbers are shown on the profile.
Is booking an appointment free of charge?
Yes, searching for a doctor and requesting an appointment through AlloDocteur is free for patients.
Do I need an account to use the site?
Searching and viewing profiles is open to everyone. An account is required to book an appointment online and to keep track of your requests.
How do I create an account?
Click “Login” then “Sign up” and fill in your details. You can then log in at any time.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login screen, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions sent by email.
How do I list my practice in the directory?
Basic listing is free of charge. Contact us through the Contact page to create or claim your profile.
Are there premium options?
Yes, paid listing plans offer priority positioning in search results and an enriched profile (photos, gallery, link to your website). Details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
How do I update my information?
Log in to your practitioner area to edit your profile, opening hours and appointment schedule, or report any change through the Contact page.
How can I reach the AlloDocteur team?
Use the form on the Contact page — we reply as quickly as possible.
I found an error on a profile, how do I report it?
Write to us through the Contact page, stating the practitioner’s name and the information to correct: we will check and update it.
